Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains returns and refunds for products bought from TechToast. Specific terms can vary by product and, where they do, the product page controls.
30-Day Returns (Physical Products)
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging — with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at . If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions — we pay the return shipping. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Activation Codes and Digital Access
Many of our kits include an activation code that unlocks the App and/or Academy.
- Unredeemed: an unopened kit whose activation code has not been redeemed can be returned under the 30-day policy above.
- Redeemed: once an activation code has been redeemed and the App/Academy access has been unlocked, that digital portion has been delivered and is non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right — with a free replacement or a refund, including any shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Activation codes that have already been redeemed, and any digital access that has been used.
- Items marked “final sale” on the product page, and gift cards (if offered).
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU/UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may cancel an order within 14 days without giving a reason. Physical items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
Digital content exception: the App and Academy access unlocked by an activation code are digital content. By redeeming your code and starting that digital content, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that digital content once it has begun. The cooling-off right continues to apply to the physical items in your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within [10] business days.
